Strange question but what makes a curator copy. I don't keep up on the pedigrees.

 

It's not a "curator copy" along the same lines as a "file copy". It is an issue from a specific curator's pedigreed comic collection along the same lines as a church copy hails from the pedigreed collection of Edgar Church. The Curator Pedigree is generally considered to be among the top 3 of silver age comic pedigrees. These particular issues are bronze age and are not quite in the same pristine condition as many of the silver age issues.
