How many ounces does a slabbed comic weigh?

 

Just so happens I was weighing some books for shipment this morning......

 

Regular sized comic slab - wgt. approximately 14 oz.

Magazine sized slab - 20 oz.

 

I don't have any thick/giant-sized ones handy.

A well packed (in a box) slab is probably pushing about 2 pounds. I remember I once went a little overboard prior to the flat rate boxes and was at 2 piounds 2 ounces to California (from NY) and it caused me to lose money on shipping.
