I live a hour and a half away, but if you do not mind sleeping on a sofa pull out bed.... with two chiwawa's.

If this past weekend is any indication, the Inner Harbor area will be packed with Red Sox fans the same weekend as the con. I'm staying outside the city at a hotel near the Light Rail.

I've only been to baltimore once, can you give me some ideas on areas to search for hotels. Light rail might be the answer.

Nothing is available. Your best bet, if you are driving, is to stay in the suburbs or in DC.

i'm flying so will probably stay near the airport and take the train.

I decided to stay in Annapolis -- just to be able to see the sights so to speak. That's about half an hour away -- which probably won't be the easiest in and out, but it will be nice to have Friday night there and something to do other than be at the con.

 

Previous years I have stayed at the airport and found it very easy to get in and out. The hotels were pretty decent, it was an easy drive in, and the hotels were dirt cheap.

Newark, DE is only about 45 minutes or so from Baltimore. Next to no tax in the state, cheap gas, and and not sketchy as some of the areas in Baltimore or D.C.
