I don't usually buy prints, but..........

.........I had to have this one:

 

Fables: 1001 Nights of Snowfall by James Jean. I am told he only makes one print of each piece.

A great forumite (thumbs u just PM'd me and told me that it is NOT true about JJ making only one print of each piece :pullhair:. I was told it was a made up story to get people to pay higher prices for the prints (tsk)

Hey Steve - JJ doesn't make only one of each, but the DC/Vertigo covers have to be special ordered. He's not allowed to market them publically because of copyright issues.

I think it's because he doesn't have a set edition size. They're not exactly limited editions per se, but he doesn't make many of the Fables prints, probably to avoid copyright trouble. I do have a print of the Fables 59 cover that he numbered AP/AP (artist proof).
