I'm pretty sure Dave Cockrum does. Chromium got a nice cover recreation to #145 (I think) a few years ago.

I'm quite sure many X-Men artists do commissions. There have been so many people on that book you can't swing a dead cat without hitting one.

Bob McLeod does some nice commissions and recreations. His standard rate is $400 for pencils or $600 for pencils & inks for an 11x17 commission but he periodically has sales that reduces those prices by $100-$200 if I remember correctly.

 

Although not really an X-artist, Bob Layton does some killer cover recreations. He currently has a sale on full cover recreations - $300 instead of his usual $400 until September 15.
