This and the Batman are being won by a zero feedback buyer. There is some rubbish about the Batman "being the third issue".

 

Is he just trying to disguise a reprint? Take a look at the convoluted "ifs" and "options" at the bottom of the Bats auction. Why not cancel it ("Due to an error in the listing") and go again? If the thing is genuine, the relisting fees are negligible.

 

This is a classic example of why Feebay will not exist in the very near future once buyers wise up and (especially) some sort of REAL legal penalties are invoked for these types of frauds.
