What Cap Comics is the toughest to find?

I know there's one in the 40s that's very tough (is that 46 or 47 or another #) and the later ones are very, very tough as well... I'm just wondering which ones are the toughest to track...

46, 36, 16, then most in the 70's on ...

great book ec, but most limit themselves to US releases....and while I suspect you are correct, that cap annual is probably far rarer than any reg. issue 1-75, it is not nearly as collected, either (simply from a supply and demand standpoint...there is so little supply, that is it not realistic for most collectors to try to include in their collections)
