So, I was checking out who won this auction http://offer.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewBids&item=300152605337 and realize I can see all the bidder's IDs even though it ended at $213.50. So, WTF? Has eBay once again changed it's policy, or am I missing something here?

 

Item location: Westbank, British Columbia, Canada

 

Maybe he listed through eBay Canada and the rules are different.

 

You know, I was thinking that could be it. It's the only thing I could see that stood out from the others.
