PGM: FF 31

Good evening friends. Here's an eBay purchase that just arrived. I'm quite pleased with it and curious how folks might grade it. There is a series of stress marks across the spine and an obvious overhang along the top edge. The cover is slightly miswrapped and I believe that causes one of the interior pages (the centerfold) to stick out slightly. Nice reflectivity on the cover and pages are OW.

The whites look much whiter in person than they do on the scan.

I wonder if the uneven pages affects the grade? I've got an old FF almost exactly like that.
