Forrest, I think this grades in the VF range, as distributor spray does not affect the CGC grade.

Wow... when I bought it, I argued it as a defect (honestly, I hadn't realized it was a distributor issue), and nabbed it for only $15.

I called it a 4.5. I know CGC doesn't downgrade, but geez, the ink is oozing out all over. I would argue a distinction between the "light dusting on the top" overspray and this kind.

When the amount of ink is this extensive, it becomes indistinguishable from any other type of stain, and thus, impacts the grade severely . . . 4.0

Scan's a bit too small. Hard to judge for me. The ink kills it for me sadly.

15.00 is a great price even with the dis. spray. But for me no matter if the slabbing companys dont ding ya on it I agree with Divad, when the staining is that bad I cant look at in any other way than a huge ugly stain. But thats just me. You have a great comic at a ridiculously cheap price. Nice pickup! 4.5
