See, that's what I don't understand about CGC grading. It seems as though creasing is far worse than shadows/tanning. I'll take a supple book with off-white pages and creasing in VG/FN range way before I'd ever want this turd. Seems like if you'd casually read it the book may chip away.

Good news is CGC is consistent if anything though!

Could be, 'cause it's pretty tight otherwise... but that's some serious shadowing in a 9.4. If that were Detective #380 instead of #38, it'd be lucky to garner a VF+ 8.5, I'd wager.
