Grade for this Hulk 172

Hi, I'm new here. I consider myself a decent grader, however, I feel I could learn a lot from the people on this board. With that in mind, I would like to get some opinions on this Incredible Hulk #172. I'm basically wondering what kind of CGC grade it would receive, but all assessments are welcome. Thanks in advance and I look forward to your opinions, both now and in the future.

The scan is too big!

 

You must have high speed... That scan took forever to load.

 

I'd guess 8.5/9.0

I find it good to have a life-size scan along with a big one in order to see the whole book at once.

Hi! I'm relatively new myself.

I would be comfortable with giving it a 9.0, unless a) the back cover is too dirty or b) that's a chip out of the right edge on the soldier's helmet. Then I'd go 8.5.

9.0 VF/NM on a good day.

Probably 8.5 due to the corners, though.

8.5 max due to corners, a bit of wrinkle in the top over-wrap, and at least 8 spine creases (with at least two breaking color).

Anywhere between a 8.5 to 9.2 depending on how much the grader had to drink the night before.

Ok I changed the scan so it's not so enormous and loads quicker.

I would have to go with a 9.2, I think the scan is making things look bigger then they are. However, without the back cover, it is hard to give an accurate grade.

With the back, I would have to change it to a 9.0. It is still a border line 9.2 but the the corners hurt this other wise beautiful issue.
