Sub-divide Avengers 1-250?

I did a search, but couldn't find any posts on this subject...

 

The current set for Avengers includes #1-250, but I (and I'm sure other collectors) are really interested in the first 100 issues.

 

I've seen other titles where the sets have been subdivided (e.g. 1-100 in one set, 101-250 in another set) and I'm wondering if the same thing can be done for the Avengers.

 

At the very least can we keep the 1-250 set, but add a separate set for just the first 100 issues?

 

What's the policy (if there is one) on this?
