Found this while posting a couple old Timelys:

The editorial says buy Timely's and you won't have to worry about questionable content (kind of like those old 'Dell comics are good comics' ads), even goes so far as to refer to an on-staff psychologist who approves of Timely's comic content.

 

Another interesting tidbit, the side bar to the editorial shows a complete run-down of the then-current Timely titles. (Hope you can read the digpicimage).
