The stain you are describing is distributor ink. CGC does not hammer a book with this type of staining.

 

I was thinking 7.0 myself but 6.5 is more likely what it would come back as.

I think 6.5 is a safe bet...could possibly grade out at 7.0. It is a nice overall book but the skewed spine is bothersome to me...

 

On another note...looking for the Hokies to roll BC tomorrow nite!
