Incomplete???

Didn't know where this question belonged, so I will put it here....

 

In a fair number of the modern books there are things added that are stapled in (ie pack of cards, cardboard ad for new book, etc..). These are not a part of the actual book, just stapled in there and easily removed. So if they are removed, does this make the book an incomplete (if CGC knew it was in there in the first place). Or does it not because it wasn't an actual part of the book?

It may depend on whether every copy of the book had the insert, or only certain markets.

That's b/c it says on the cover that tatooz are in the book (even though there are some who contend they were not in *all* books).

I'm thinking something similar to Jewler inserts. You just have a note on the CGC case but it doesn't add or detract from the grade itself. So yeah, I guess like the tatooz.

What about those cards that were inserted via packs in books like the Overpower cards and the Fleer Ultra cards of the late 90's? Isn't there a CGC label saying that to the effect?
