First Cover Appearance for CGC?

Did my monthly stop into a comic shop today and saw the new Captain Carrot. I've been looking forward to it since seeing the original pencils at Scott Shaw!'s table at SDCC. I love the interior splash (wish I could buy it).

 

Anyway, there's a CGC 9.9 on the cover. Is this the first CGC appearance on the cover of a comic from a major publisher?

 

For the record, I think SS stretched a bit. There is a manufacturing defect on the original #1 on the cover. There is no way that there is a 9.9 in anywhere.
