I always found Metro very accomodating. Even buying low cost BA DC horror in 9.4 or better. Once I returned a couple of books due to tanning pages on one and a bad miscut on another. On subsequent orders I ocassionally got an email saying one of the books I selected had, say, a 1/8" miswrap or had less than offwfite or better pages and would I rather exclude those? These were $10-$30 books. Excellent service.

Yes, you read right. The Trooper is appologizing for his bad mouthing of Metro in the past. I've recently just registered a new user name with them and made offers on a slew of their books. I even requested prices for books of theirs that still state "Not Processed". I not only got very quick responses for most of them, but fair counter offers for books I tried low-balling. I even made a phone call to them and they were very accomodating.
