If you could get the top pressed out, looking around VF 7.5 - 8.5...

There is a lot of wear there Dan, but a great issue. 4.5 :shrug:

Hard to tell with that major problem at the top, and the rest looking nice. 4.5 sounds fair. If it was mine I'd have it under a stack of books for a while to see if that top straightens out.

I was going to say 4.5-5.0 before reading the other responses, so I guess I'm in the ball park. Pressing would certainly help this baby. The bottom 80% of the book is sooooo nice.
