My first thought was 5.5. Other than the spine wear (and assuming the "peeking pages" effect is from a miscut?), I can't see much wrong with it.

i agree with a 5.0 - 5.5 grade. that is a very weird miscut. at first glance i thiught it was just a bad spine roll, but the BC disproves that theory. it's like the interior pages are hanging down and away from the top staple, but upon inspection, it looks pretty secure.

 

and how could they just miscut the interior pages???
