Probably a 5.5 without the rumple on the back spine. A nice copy of a very tough book in grade.

 

I'd call this a 4.5.

First off this book IS one of the hardest FF books to find in grade!!!!

 

Second,it's a real shame about that mess on the back cover.

 

Third, to me the front cover looks very nice (6.5).

 

my final opinion, because of that back cover, I'd give it a VG+ 4.5 grade.

 

On a good day in a optimistic universe, it's a 5.0.

5.5 on this one. Very solid copy, downgraded by some Marvel chipping on the back.

 

IMO, this is one of the most underated early Marvel comics.

I agree with a 6.5 dropping to a 4.5 due to the Upper edge pre chipping and that pretty horrendous rubbing on the right edge BC.
