What is going on with the Hulk?

The cover of Marvel Previews #51 shows a Hulk #1 written by Jeph Loeb, but futher in the book they show a cover of another comic called Incredible XXXX #113 with the caption, "There's only one person incredible this month... and it ain't the Hulk!" The characters on the cover are blacked out, but it looks like Ares and Hercules fighting. Is Marvel cancelling the Incredible Hulk series and rebooting it with the Jeph Loeb series or will their be two monthly Hulk series? Why is the Hulk Red? Thanks in advance to anyone who can shed some light.

Could be Skaar, son of Hulk as seen on last page of WWH #5, but I'm not certain.

As for why Hulk's red in the previews of his new reboot, that hasn't leeked out yet (that I'm aware of)...

This has to be a temporary thing, doesn't it? I haven't read WWH #5 yet so maybe some of this might make sense after that.
