PGM: X-MEN #25

Think this would grade 9.0/9.2 if not for a tear across the 'X" of the X-Men title on the front cover. The tear only runs across the X and doesn't go all the way through to the top edge or to to the spine. Not sure how much this drops the grade of this book. Grades and comments appreciated. Thanks.
