WOW. Look at this beast. I thought the worst hit I would take from a 9.8 grade was the ASM227 CGC 9.8 that went to a 9.2.

 

The thing about this book is that to the human eye through the slab carefully inspected it still looks like a 9.8 100%.

 

I'm guessing that there was something on the inside of the book which the original grader missed on the first time through. Kinda freaky but thankfully it's the cheapest ASM book to obtain in 9.8 usually going for around 40-50 bucks in general.

 

Scan kinda blows but I'm at my parents using their scanner which is hurting for slabbed books.

 

The good news my ASM221/222/282/285/286&288 all came back 9.8!!!!! WOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOO
