ASM #300 CGC 7.5/8.0 ?

Here is something interesting I just got in a ASM #300 today and on the front label it says 7.5 but on the little strip across the top it says 8.0 Anyone see this happen before? Do I need to be conserned if it has been tampered with, the Case is not cracked or loose in any way although the strip across the top edge is pealed back just a tiny bit on one corner, Probably just a CGC mistake right? and if so is it a 7.5 or a 8.0 as I going to list it on ebay soon.

My guess is that the top strip was replaced by the owner for whatever reason. I've had a couple of those peel off and I've replaced them another strip printed from "Word". I do mention this in my selling description though.

I just put it in my Regestery Set and it came up as a 7.5 so that is solved, now how do I take it out of there as it is only worth 13 points .
