STAN LEE CGC SIGNATURE SERIES OPPORTUNITY

SUBMIT YOUR BOOKS TO PARADISE BY MARCH 2008 TO GET YOUR COMIC(S) SIGNED BY "THE MAN" HIMSELF

Paradise Comics is proud to announce another Signature Series private signing with Stan Lee. We have done a signing the past two years and are happy to offer collectors another opportunity to have their comics signed by comics legend Stan ‘the Man” Lee and graded and authenticated by Comics Guaranty, LLC (CGC) for the prestigious Signature Series label.

Mr. Lee has agreed to sign a reasonable number of comic books for Paradise. Paradise would again like to allow collectors the opportunity to include their books as part of that number. A portion of the cost will be donated to the HERO INITIATIVE (formerly known as A.C.T.O.R.).

The comic books will be signed in the presence authorized CGC witnesses at Mr. Lee’s office in Los Angeles (not at the convention) in March 2008 following the Wizard World Los Angeles convention and will be sent directly to CGC for Grading from there.

The books will receive the prestigious CGC Signature Series yellow label with a notation. Comics will be returned to you in a timely manner (see CGC for turnaround times for the specific tiers).

Process:

(A) Submit your books directly to either Peter Dixon or to CGC at the CGC booth at one of the following comic book conventions:

2008

Feb 22-24 Wondercon (San Francisco)

Mar 7-9 Megacon (Orlando FL)

Mar. 14-16 Wizard World Los Angeles (Los Angeles CA)

OR

(B) Contact Paradise Comics directly by e-mail paradisecomics@on.aibn.com / 416-487-9807 to arrange to have your comics sent directly to the Paradise Comics store in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Comics can also be dropped off at the store.

3278 Yonge St

Toronto Ontario

M4N 2L6

416 487-9807

Prices are determined by tier and are in US dollars. A portion of the price will be donated to the THE HERO INITIATIVE www.heroinitiative.org , a fund designed to aid veteran comic creators in financial need:

Walkthru CGC fee of 2.5% of Fair Market Value + $70.

Express $135.00

Standard $100.00

Economy $85.00

Modern $75.00

These are not regular CGC prices as this is a special event pricing by Paradise Comics

+ CGC return shipping costs.

US dollar checks should be made out to: Peter Dixon

Credit card payments will be converted to the equivalent in Canadian funds (based on the exchange rate on the day submitted) before being submitted to the credit card company for billing. May result in a card statement value slightly higher or lower than the exact US dollar total.

Please submit your comic in a Silver Age Mylar with backing board and a label affixed to the mylar with your FULL NAME, COMIC BOOK TITLE & ISSUE #. Before the signing each comic will be placed in a special "window pane" mylar to allow for the signature and avoid any damage to the spine or corners.

Due to the number of books signed we cannot guarantee the color of marker or placement of signature.

Just a few days away! Can't wait to get away from all of this snow!

Just dont bring any back with you!

There's no snow in LA to bring back, and if there was, I doubt it would survive the plane flight back...so you have nothing to worry about.

LOS ANGELES, Calif., March 12, 2008 - Top Cow Productions Inc. announced its schedule today for this weekend’s Wizard World Los Angeles, a comics and pop culture extravaganza to be held at the Los Angeles Convention Center from March 14 - 16. Top Cow is excited to take part in their hometown show!

Top Cow will set up shop at Booth #201 and heads into the convention with an impressive array of guests, including Founder and CEO Marc Silvestri (who has also been named the show’s Guest of Honor), actor and producer Seth Green (Freshmen), animation guru Paul Dini (Madame Mirage), and critically acclaimed writer Joe Casey (Pilot Season: Velocity).

Joining them will be an amazing roster of Top Cow’s rising talent, including Michael Broussard (The Darkness), Kenneth Rocafort (Madame Mirage) and Sheldon Mitchell (X-Men: Messiah CompleX). Longtime Top Cow creators David Wohl (The Darkness), Eric Basaldua (Hunter-Killer) and Rick Basaldua (The Darkness: Levels) will also be on hand, as well as writers Hugh Sterbakov (Freshmen) and Joshua Hale Fialkov (Pilot Season: Cyblade).

Top Cow will also put on two panels during Wizard World LA. On Friday, from 4 - 5 p.m., Top Cow President Matt Hawkins and Vice President of Sales and Marketing Mel Caylo present “Comic Book Marketing 101,” in which they give the inside scoop on how to market your product to the comic book market. Get tips on advertising, working with the press and viral marketing techniques. As a bonus, every attendee receives a FREE exclusive gift!

Then, on Saturday from 2 - 3 p.m. is “Top Cow 2008,” where attendees can hear some exciting new announcements about Top Cow’s upcoming publishing plans, including the full scoop on Pilot Season 2008, the follow-up to last year’s extremely successful event in which fans took control and voted on which two characters would get “picked up” for their own series. Sitting on the panel will be Top Cow Founder and acclaimed artist Marc Silvestri, Freshmen co-creators Seth Green and Hugh Sterbakov, the Madame Mirage creative team of Paul Dini and Kenneth Rocafort, and Pilot Season 2007 winner Joshua Hale Fialkov. All attendees receive a FREE exclusive gift, which also serves as a pass to a special signing with Seth Green and Hugh Sterbakov at the Top Cow Booth (#201) after the panel!

At Wizard World LA, Top Cow will also launch Talent Search 2008, its season-long campaign to find two, new artists for its in-house studio to study under the tutelage of Marc Silvestri. At the Top Cow Booth (#201), there will be giveaways and heavily discounted Top Cow products; special lithographs, posters, and trade paperbacks for sale; and of course, comics, including exclusives like the Fantastic Four #554 Marc Silvestri Top Cow Variant Cover, the Witchblade #116 Wizard World LA Exclusive Variant Cover and the Wanted: Assassin’s Edition Foil Hardcover.
