Wal-Mart pulling Daredevil

From posters to the forum toymania dot com, it appears that some Wal-Marts across the U.S. are pulling the Marvel Legends Daredevil action figure because of (according to one, or more customers) some harsh language or word(s) inside the comic that comes with the action figure. shocked.gif Is this story new? Has anyone heard about this? I was in my local Wal-Mart in San Diego and saw no Marvel Legends figures at all. I was there a week ago and they had multiple Beast, Wolverine, Gambit, and Daredevil figures. Looks like the whole lot was pulled.
