For some reason finding it hard to grade these ... maybe because the background and most of the cover are very close in color.

 

Scrape on spine by the safe hurts the the book ... and what's going on on the lower corner of the spine on the back cover? Cream pages tells me it's a 5.0-5.5 ... very nice book!

 

Second one appears to be much better to my eye ... is that a scrape, water damage or something with the scanner on the "E" in Daredevil? Is that blue dot distributor's ink or ink from a pen on the bottom of the front?

 

Maybe a 7.0 given the spine ticks, etc., but depending on the blue dot it could go lower, I think.
