Readers crease along left side, spot (white? water) bottom right.

 

minor corner bumps, tiny spine split 1/8-1/4 inch at the bottom...

 

presents nicely.

i was thinking a 7.5 to 8.0 until somone pointed out the readers crease about an inch or 2 off the left edge and the potential small spine split at the bottom. so a 7.0 seems about right.

 

book presents quite well, but CGC is tough on these SA DC's unless you're Nik submitting them..................

I wouldn't go over 5.5 to 6.0 on this one. Isnt there a crease running from right edge about the height of the building, on down through Magnus' shoe, & down to the bottom? If that's my imagination I 'll readjust grade.
