Hard to tell about that top problem ... looks like a bit of a small chip above the "R" in the small "Ghost Rider" in the banner ... as small tear in the URFC ... some tanning along the spine ... combined with the top crease ... 6.0 maybe up to 6.5 in hand depending on the top crease.

 

A nice book! I had one in VG I sold a year or so ago and I would like to get another one.
