WBN #32 ...Grade & question???

Could you please give me your opinion on the grade based on this cover scan...the back cover has no surprises so I have not posted it...

 

I would also like advice as if it is best to CGC it or to sell it as is???...

 

Notable defects:

[*]BRC has a slight problem as evidenced by scan.

[*]A couple of spine stresses below top staple.

[*]Some very slight cover indentations.

That issue may go as low as a 7.0-7.5, as CGC seems to be pretty harsh on this comic. I mistakenly bought a CGC 8.5 copy (quick-bid and hit the reserve and was the only participant ) and I was amazed at how nice the book was compared to other 8.5's.

 

It's been the same way when I see CGC 9.2-9.4 issues, and this book certainly doesn't have the high numbers at 9.6 you'd expect of a high-value book that even Brucie Boy is looking for.
