There is a small amount of spine wear on the bottom of the cover. Very slight but still.....The pages are OW/Cream.

I find square bounds really, really tough to grade, particularly via scan.

 

Hard for me to tell much of anything wrong with this and has all the look of a 9.4 but, to be honest, I wouldn't bid on it as such on eBay given my mistrust of squarebounds on scans.

 

Edit: Just noticed the page quality ... 9.2 tops, I have to say.
