FF #49 ... with rip...

What would a some what beat up ff #49 with a rip in the cover get ?.. is it even worth grading?.. I can't really recall seeing a graded comic with a rip in it but then maybe thats cause I only look for 9.8s in most cases

I decided not to have a DD 1 graded based on its value. It was in the same grade range as yours. If it doesn't make, yours doesn't. You're looking in the 3.0 area on this book. Tears get hammered by CGC.
