There is a small stain in the "U" of the word Hulk.

I don't see it getting lower than an 8.0, myself! Corners and edges look great, staples and colors are nice. Only that (tiny) stain on the "U" and a few small spine ticks to note.

The stain on the FC, is it imbedded in the paper or can it be cleaned off?

 

I also see a small stain on the BC to go along with the defects others pointed out. FC presents better than the BC.

 

I would say 7.0 for the grade.

See I'm in the minority here, but just too many spine ticks for me to personally go to a grade with "VF" in it ... first blush was 6.0, but would probably be a 6.5 in hand.
