Has CGC altered the encapsulation process??...no more rainbows!

I just got back my last round of submissions and scanned about 12 of them with my trusty HP scanner.

 

There were no rainbows on any of them. :applause:

 

 

Does anyone know if they've changed something with the inner well or the encapsulation process?

I usually have at least a couple of books every submission with that dreaded rainbow (which I know is my scanner).
