Shadowman #2 and Harbinger #7...?

Have a couple of books that I'd like you to take a look at. I'm trying to pair down some books for submission to CGC. What might you grade?

The SM #2 looks like it may have a small spine split at the bottom.

I went and looked. I sure don't see it. How do you think it would grade with and without.

With a spine split, you'll get hammered. (9.4 probably depending on the length. 9.2 if it's sizable.)

 

The Harbinger one looks 9.8. Look for waviness in the cover though. Many of mine have some cover waviness.
