Yes, he's no longer a registered user on eBay, but the info he used is bogus so nothing to go to the authorities with. I got my money back from my CC, but I'm not doing so good in just letting it go. Not going to hassle anyone here if they bought it from Heritage, but hoped they might know more real info on who the seller was.

I'm very glad to hear you got your $$$ back - there is so much fraud in the hobby (and I'm not just talking about ebay), so lesson learned.
