"CGC" Grading Contest Ranking System --- Feedback, Please!

6 posts in this topic

hm I have been imagining another stat which would be fun to see in the Grading Contest --- kinda like those oh-so-complex NBA Efficiency or NFL QB Ratings that the talking heads at ESPN love so much . . . let me see, I think I'll call it the "Complete Grader Co-Efficient", or "CGC". Here's how it might be calculated:

(tongue-in-cheek, naturally) ;)

CGC =

(1 / R x bullseye.jpg) - ( ? +small-spike.jpg)

______________________________________

( T-mins + whine.jpg) x bump.jpg

Where:

R = Player's final rank after 20 rounds

bullseye.jpg = Number of bullseyes

? = Number of inane questions PM'd to Nik

T-mins = Average minutes remaining before deadline at grade submission

small-spike.jpg = Number of gratuitous gremlins posted in GC threads

whine.jpg = Number of whiny "I-can't-believe-that-got-a-9.X-rant" posts

and bump.jpg = Number of posted references to something called a "Nik bump"

What do you think? lol
