It looks like these are US Postal Service collectables. The ones you linked contain a stamp and are First Day of issue postmarked.

You're in Canada.. so mail order is your best bet.

 

They're found in various Post Offices all over the US... or you can try PM'ing Underdog who might be able to order them for you.

 

I bought mine at the San Diego Comic-Con directly from the USPS stand. I haven't seen them in any Post Offices really. (I see only the DC ones there.)

Sadly, the Postal Service decided at the last minute to not make the Marvel ones available to us. I was very disappointed. I sold a lot of the DC ones here on the board but could have sold even more Marvel ones.
