The good news is now ALL people including those with low incomes will have to fill out a tax return even if they don't pay taxes. Heard on the radio a new law was signed stipulating that. I still don't understand how people who don't pay any federal income tax get these checks or earned income credit. And I am not exactly rich. Seems like you have to be really poor or really rich in this country to get any benefit from government. If you are somewhere in the middle you just bend over.
