though i have no idae why it did not grade higher as i had it slabbed before it was in my hands and there were no additional graders notes.

I was talking about #39. And if SW didn't I would consider it. It is a very pretty book. Spine split maybe?

book is with Detective27Kid in Florida (which is why there is FREE US postage as i am in Australia).

 

and yes, the #39 has a 1" spine split i believe.
