Back in the 70's - DC published is in-house fanzine (or pro-zine) AMAZING WORLD OF DC COMICS and Marvel followed with FOOM. Not to be out done (yeah..) the folks at Charlton published the CHARLTON BULLSEYE.

 

These issues (like DC's AMAZING WORLD) had color cardboard covers and B&W interiors. There is some great art Ditko, Staton, early Byrne and others.

Not sure how many issues were in the first run. But I do know that there was a second series published in the late 70s.

Here's an interesting and very rare Superman fanzine from the late 70s - GREAT KRYPTON - with a nice early Perez cover!
