shortstack comics
Not near as much as I thought it would have been. I might have to start doing a large once a year sub myself. Forgot to mention... congrats on the great sub. Envious of all those books.

Heroes Haven
Just out of curiosity... how much did those submissions cost? I think it was around $900 including shipping. Are these for your personal collection or for sale? Reason I ask is the diversity of books. Most of the ASM and Hulks are for my collection, other than the multiples and one off titles. They were submitted to eventually sell off to cover some of the cost of the books for my collection...
Cimm
Hmmm... just got back my first CGC submission, and two of the books (both of which I bought from Heritage) came back with slight color touch notations, one blue label, with the notation, and one PLoD'd (slight, professional) with the extra caveat of "slight amount of glue on spine"... Heritage sold both of these as "unrestored"... Is this common with Heritage books, or am I just unlucky?
nik
Unlucky. I have bought a bunch over the years from them and not once had one restored. But then again I buy mostly BA with a few SA mixed in.

MrBedrock
Here's to continued good news Richard. Thanks! The adjuster finally came yesterday. Great news - we had business interruption insurance. We started salvaging today and we start demo work on the inside next week. Hopefully we will have everything back up and running in six weeks or so.
