Before gaining an understanding of how difficult a 9.6 or higher is to get (since it was the first book I ever submitted to CGC) I sold it on eBay. Most are 9.2ish just for the normal things that were found on every book off the stands back then, but some were just about perfect! I think the books I was reading at the time, if I still had them would be 8.0 tops, and I thought I was taking care of them too. Did you cherry pick the best copies off the shelf?
