I have a book I want to send in to get graded/ am going to send int regardless but it has a rather nasty page fold on it ... I wonder if I should send it to get pressed .... Color breaks and a tear. This one was a 9.8 until the Green Lable, and then CGC droped it 2 grades to a 9.4 because of Tim Seely's Sig. It reads:Manufacturing Error- Manufactured with 2nd & 3rd wraps inserted twice, 4th & 5th wraps missing, affects story. incomplete.
