I just got a Strange Suspense Stories #75 CGC 9.2 back from CGC today that's the same way. No artist or cover notes, no Steve Ditko note, nothing. Pressman game variant is correct. This one isn't as bad as 297 to find (still looking for that one), but I think they were mail away books. The X-Men 510 was passed out at conventions by Marvel. I've heard it was available to those that attended the Marvel panel at Heroes and also I've heard it was given to costume contest participants at SDCC.
