I've never figured that part of the boards out. See the left column. It was accidentally told to Gemma as Neil, in honor of Teddiemercedes. In her trust of those trying to get the set created, she stuck with the spelling. I was just told that is has been corrected. It is an inside joke among us Neil dorks.
