DR.X
Got these back today. My scanner sucks as far as showing how nice the color is on these books. Joey did a great job on them and especially the Tales to Astonish 44. Photobucket sucks now too as it wont let me rotate the pics I took to show how nice the color is on the last three. Bosco685
Does that mean you do not agree with the grades on the labels? They seem reasonable to me.
Arsenalherd
I think on some he was lucky, especially the avengers 1, may just be me

Beige
Its a mucky old scanner - I really need a new one. I agree with the Avengers tbh - looks far better in hand, but bit of a gift maybe. The rest are spot-on though. All look way better in person. I'm happy anyway.

Dr Chaos
So I got about 30 books back from CGC today. Most of the books were silver and bronze age Marvels from 9.0 - 9.6. I was especially disappointed that a lot of four Dotty Dripple comics came back with grades from 6.5 - 8.5 with either light tan or slightly brittle pages. With that being said there was one gem in the bunch and I really didn't know what I had until I looked it up. My copy of Thor Annual 6 came back 9.8 with white pages (one of only four 9.8s in the census). The only comparable I could find was a pedigree copy sold by Heritage last year for $385 with off white to white pages. With the Guardians of the Galaxy movie coming up I think this one should move pretty quickly.
miraclemet
Part of my new goal of having SS from all of the living legends. First goal: Mr Infantino on a replica of Flash Annual #1 (bought this sight unseen off eBay and had the seller ship it right to the signing sight-unseen, so Im happy it got a 9.6)
