Which Comic Con should I go to.????

Save San Diego Comic-con til 2009. The hordes of fans on the Sat will scare u all the way back to Colorado. Start relatively small with Wizard Chicago that emphasizes comic books rather than media or retired porn stars unless u are interested in getting signatures from female wrestlers. :boo:

I have never been to one.............I would love some advice/feedback. I set a goal to go to at least two this year. thanks jd.

 

I think you should save up and just go to the San Diego Con in July.

 

Once you go, all will be revealed to you...

Is San Diego good for getting lots of time to look over books, or is it just like standing still inside a swarm of bees in a hive? Thinking about going next year, provided my bud and I get a hotel room. Maybe Wizard World L.A. would be more my speed since I'd rather not be bothered by anime types.

 

Pittsburgh Comic Con is in april --Darth Vader will be there, if anyone cares.

 

He's always at Phoenix CactusCon, too. I wonder if he gets frequent flyer miles or if he just uses the Force.

Wizard World LA is next week so if you are planning to go to WWLA you better get planning fast!!!

The only con ive ever been to is wizard world philly (I booked a table for this years). I am considering checking out new york comic con, and would like to go to SD the year after next. I have heard SD is amazing.

 

I would imagine that WWPHI is close to what WW is in NYC, LA, CHI, etc. But the SD is the absolute comic con experience - ya gotta go just once in your life and all will be revealed!!!

 

Leave your credit cards home and have your wife/girlfriend hang on to your bankroll. This is what I do or I would spend every dime I have on me. I see so many new "pets" I just cannot resist...
