Hi all,

Not sure how to grade this one, it looks like a VG/VG+ but the staples are trashed, the top one is rusted away on the outside, the bottom one is there but pretty rusted also.

Thoughts?

I'd say a 2.0. Those corners are pretty darn rounded too.

Wow - i would never had thought of using the number 2 in the grade of this book despite the rounded corners and rusted staples. it looks pretty damn sweet otherwise to me. heck we know you can score as high as 8.5 with rusted staples so i'm not sure how far down to go with this but i'd stick with 3.0.

 

Of course with 143ksk (my old team grading contest teammate and expert in all things Archie) going for 2.0, i don't feel at all comfortable in my position, but what the heck.............
